About the Blue Point Amethyst Mine

A husband and wife team with no workers or employees, we run the entire mine and business ourselves.

From drilling, blasting, and mining, to scrubbing amethyst and vending gem shows, we do everything just us two. We're as "small" as small businesses get. 

The saying: "it isn't work if you love it" doesn't apply to hard labour. It's definitely work, but it's also a labour of love. 

At the Blue Point we do this not because it's easy, but because there's nothing we'd rather do. 

With a passion for geology, rocks, minerals, and crystals, we love to share this incredible place with everyone who comes to visit us.
